The treatment
- How long does a lash lift last?
- Around 6-8 weeks for many people, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. Lashes shed and regrow on their own cycle, so the lifted lashes gradually grow out rather than needing removal.
- What is a Korean lash lift?
- A Korean lash lift is a more refined version of a traditional lash lift. Instead of an obvious C-curl, I use fine Korean rods to shape each lash individually, so the lift follows the natural shape of your eye. Every treatment is finished with a nourishing keratin care that keeps your lashes hydrated and conditioned. The result is soft, vertical, and defined: still your lashes, just more open. No glue, no extensions, and most clients find they do not need mascara afterwards.
- Can I wear mascara afterwards?
- After the first 24 hours, yes. I will give you simple aftercare guidance at your appointment so the lift has the best chance to settle well.
- Is it suitable for Asian lashes?
- Yes. Korean lash lifts are suitable for Asian lashes as well as longer lashes where the lifted result can look more obvious.
The booking
- Where is the studio?
- The Lash House is a home studio in Howick, East Auckland. Visits are by appointment only, and your booking confirmation includes arrival notes.
- Can I park nearby?
- Yes. There is easy on-street parking near the studio. Your confirmation email includes practical arrival notes.
- How much is a Korean lash lift?
- A Korean lash lift is $95. Tint is available as a $10 add-on, so a Korean lash lift with tint is $105.
- Can I pay on arrival?
- Yes. Choose pay later during checkout and pay by online banking before your appointment, or by card or transfer when you arrive. Your slot is held either way — paying online confirms it instantly, while pay later is confirmed once I follow up by email or text.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and your payment is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, 50% is retained. No-shows are charged in full. The booking system handles this directly, so there is no awkward back-and-forth.
- How do I reschedule?
- Email me as soon as you know you need to move your appointment. I will send through a new time if there is space available.
The studio
- Is the studio accessible?
- The studio is in a private home. Get in touch before booking if you have specific access needs and I can confirm whether the setup will work for you.
- Can I bring someone with me?
- The room fits me and one client comfortably. If you would prefer not to come alone, send a message ahead of your booking and I can confirm what will work.
- Do you offer anything besides lash lifts?
- Not yet. I currently offer Korean lash lifts, with tint available as an add-on. I may add more services later, but the studio is lift-focused for now.
